During client interviews, Will's penchant for asking unexpected questions often sparks the most inspired ideas. He uses these discussions to create a "BrandView" that clearly defines the target market, articulates the target's motivation to respond, and ensures quality and consistency of message across all channels in order to achieve the highest response rates for our partners.

After six years in the National Football League, Will is active in local youth sports programs and public speaking related to youth achievement. Will sits on the Distinguished Alumni Board (English) at Virginia Tech and the board for The Lone Star Circle of Care which provides affordable healthcare to underinsured in Williamson County.
