From the first moment we saw the land at Falcon Point Ranch, we knew that Seadrift Ranch Partners had started something incredible. This 6,000-acre coastal ranch outside of Seadrift, TX already boasted a wildlife preserve with exotic game, a world-class waterfront lodge, and stunning views of sunset over the bay.

Development was underway for a private waterfront community next to the lodge, and we took on the challenge of introducing Bay Club to its market. In addition to branding, marketing and lead generation, IF managed the property sales and organized three off-site preview events, as well as a selection event celebration on the property.
